Why I Created SUA

She's busy. She has somewhere to be. People to care for. To do lists, usually pulled in many directions. And she can still have HER Moment in the midst of it all without escaping.

After years in fast-paced, performative roles supporting executives in Tech Entertainment, I realized something surprising:

Success means very little if you do not give yourself permission to feel JOY.

SUA began out of 2020, a time when there was so much uncertainty, grief and confusion. SUA began as my permission to pause long enough to have awareness of what I needed moment to moment so I could show up for myself and those I love. It became my daily rhythm, a simple pause that reminded me to reconnect with myself before reconnecting with the world.

A discovery that joy isn't something you earn after achieving more. It's something you can cultivate every day by choice... creating micro moments of peace in the midst of life pulling you every which way.

My hope is that SUA becomes your permission, too.
